Central Old Town Rooms - Split

The welcoming service was great. Good location just off Marija forest park and good Konaba restaurants.- The old Roman center had lots of lovely restaurants and the ferry port and the bus station.- Booked a room with nice furnishings.- The check in was fast.- The atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel

We have travelled a great deal over the years and the Old Town Rooms is up there with the best hostels. When we stayed here we could not fault the place. It has a newish feel about the place, its clean, tidy and in a superb location and has air-conditioned when needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful making it ideal for the traveller in a secure courtyard where you can relax and chill out in the evening.

Recently renovated with air-conditioning, clean, tidy, friendly and convenient location with restaurants and shops approx. 3-4 minutes away.

If you have a car then as this is in the old town and parking is a premium the nearest parking is some 100 metres. As we didn't have a car it didn't effect us, however one of our fellow guests had a motor bike that they kept tucked away in the courtyard.

The room was spotless and spacious with nice furnishings - we appreciated it. A personal safe, climate control, and an iron were useful.

Deluxe hotel with welcoming service in incredible location close to the Old Town and the sights, fast check-in, late check-out. Everything great. Really good overall experience.

Everything is great, the room is good sized with good amenities in the apartment, complimentary beer plus nice furnishings. A microwave, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator are a nice touch. The staff are amicable, and the host too.

We had an amazing stay at this place! the facilities were incredibly clean and modern, with everything brand new. the owner, Nevenka, was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nevenka's dedication and hospitality truly impressed us. the location was also excellent, situated in the heart of the old town and surrounded by a charming atmosphere. We highly recommend staying here for a safe and enjoyable experience. Cons: Nothing to be said. 😊.

The location is amazing, very close to the beach, promenade, ferry port, bus station, and the old town/Diocletian's Palace. The vibe was quiet. The whole experience was really good from start to finish.

Ideal location next to the Old Town and the main center 📍. We only stayed for one day, but we really enjoyed the non-touristy restaurants in the area.
